housingThe number of households estimated to be paying more than 50% of their incomes toward housing is 17.7 million and climbing.  Our programs strive to help address the most basic need of people who are impoverished – the need for safe, suitable and affordable housing.  OMCDC’s housing programs are designed to help people in all different phases of life.  Our projects are designed for many different populations including: low income households, chronically homeless, people with a physical or mental illness, people in recovery and the elderly.

Currently OMCDC offers housing on a permanent and temporary basis.  Please click on the links below to learn about specific housing programs.
