Horizon House is a program serving young adults ages 18-22 in Summit County.  With its latest expansion, the program now serves 16 homeless young adults.  This expansion was made possible by a $202,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development through our local Summit County Continuum of Care. This grant, along with a $102,000 match from the Community Health Center Foundation, enabled the purchase and renovation of two homes and will provide supportive services to residents during their stay.
