Pheasant's Run for men is designed for single, individuals with a co-occuring disorder who are not quite ready for independent living at facilities like Summit Terrace and Meadowlark Lane.

This project provides a safe and sober environment and includes many educational, employment, social, and health services. The rent is 30% of income and the resident must be 50% below area median income.
