OMCDC owns and operates housing programs in Summit, Cuyahoga, Wayne and Portage Counties. We accept applications for housing on an ongoing basis and have waiting lists for programs.
How to apply
OMCDC abides by all Fair Housing laws and regulations when placing individuals into housing. To be eligible for placement, you must also be a current citizen of the county where the housing program is located.

Who is eligible?
Currently, our housing programs are designed to serve people with diagnosed mental, physical or developmental disabilities, the elderly, chronically homeless and/or low-income individuals or families.
